Sheri shares that she was adopted when she was 3 weeks old and she was raised by a loving family. In 2011 she found her birth mother and asked about her medical history. Her biological sister had breast cancer and Sheri discovered she along with her birth mother and biological sister carried the BRCA1 gene.
