We Defy co-founder Joey Bosick joins to share about his own experience returning from war after he was severely injured by an IUD and lost three limbs. He started doing Jiu-jitsu and found it gave him a chance to compete, he was treated like an equal and he was able to rebuild the bonds that he left behind in the military. He used this sport as a way to engage other vets and help them rebuild lost bonds.
