Virtual reality is being used to help kids get through painful procedures. Dr. Jeffrey Gold, founder of the pediatric pain management clinic at CHLA, shares about this new VR program with the goal of distracting young patients to help ease the fear and pain. Dr. Gold shares he’s had success using virtual reality programs in patient rooms as well as the operating room.
