There are more than 28 million food-insecure adults in the United States inspiring some hospitals to start their own food pharmacies. Pediatrician Dr. Saba Khan shares that hunger is not just a social issue, but it’s also a health issue. She shares that a lot of the youth that she takes care of do not have access to healthy foods and her food pharmacy she has helped 300 families or 1200 people.
