Would you forgo surgery to jump on the stem cell bandwagon? Thousands of employees nationwide are being forced to consider stem cell therapies before surgery by their very own employers. But how cautious should people be of these trendy treatments? Dr. Jeffrey Kahn of Johns Hopkins joins to share that it’s “outrageous” of employers to force their workers to undergo what he calls “unproven” stem cell therapies, and says the employers are motivated for financial reasons, not health.
