Clinical psychologist Dr. Judy Ho shares that we have a lot of research that shows that when people are living in a community and feel socially connected that they have 60% less depression symptoms, and people who have severe disorders like bipolar and schizophrenia that when they are connected to a community they feel better and have fewer relapses into those conditions.
