A woman went to a hotel to celebrate her birthday, but the night ended with a trip to the hospital. The waiter poured some “smoke” into their water glasses and the woman drank it without knowing it was liquid nitrogen. She claims that she had to have part of her stomach and gallbladder removed – and she is now suing the hotel. Attorney Anahita Sedaghatfar weighs in on this woman’s case and whether or not liquid nitrogen should be on the menu at all.
