Victoria and Zack are parents to two kids with metachromatic leukodystrophy or MLD, a degenerative neurological disorder. The condition paralyzes them, and ultimately takes their life. Their daughter Addi developed symptoms at 15 months, and their youngest son Ollie also has the disease but has not started showing symptoms.
