New findings show that an aspirin a day could lead to an increased bleeding risk in a measurable way. If you are between the ages of 40-70 and you have an increased risk of a heart attack, your doctor might suggest a very low daily dose, but Dr. Kahn shares that if you’re healthy and your doctor doesn’t advise it, don’t take a daily aspirin.
