A new study published in The Journal of Nutrition investigated the link between consuming ramen and heart attack, stroke and deaths in areas of Japan. They found that a higher intake of ramen showed a potentially higher risk of stroke. ER physician Dr. Travis Stork feels it’s high in sodium, which could lead to high blood pressure.
