Wolfgang Puck's Cranberry Relish

Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck shares his recipe for cranberry relish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries or blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup verjus

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, then lower to simmer.
  3. Continue to cook until the mixture is thick and the berries are glazed.
  4. Allow to cool, and transfer to a covered container. Refrigerate until needed.
