- 1 bag of plain green tea (or enough loose tea for 1 serving)
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint leaves or 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Steep all ingredients in the water for 3-4 minutes, then strain out the spices and remove the tea bag.
