1 cup water
Splash of lemon juice, which is an antioxidant
1 tablespoon of honey, which helps fight infection
Cayenne pepper to taste (the pepper helps block pain signals)
1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly, making sure that the cayenne pepper spreads throughout the mixture.
2. Pour into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer.
3. Remove when fully frozen, and enjoy!
Note: The recipe may be modified to fit the size of your popsicle molds.
