Workout Warm-Up Recipe


  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup washed spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk


  1. Blend the blueberries, almond milk, Spinach, banana, and cinnamon in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.
