  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds powder
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 4 prunes
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt


  1. Mix in blender. For best results add ice or freeze the bananas
