The Doctors' Breakfast Smoothie

Start your day off right with this simple, healthy and delicious breakfast smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 very ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened, tart cherries (frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups ice

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth or to desired consistency.
2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
