Sweet Dream Smoothie


  • 1/4 cup Coconut water (magnesium) 
  • 1/4 cup (No Sugar Added) Pomegranate juice (vitamin C, shown to help people have healthier sleep patterns)
  • 1/2 Banana (magnesium and potassium – natural muscle-relaxant) 
  • Large handful spinach leaves (tryptophan) 
  • 1 Tbs almonds (fiber)
  • Ice to your liking


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend to desired consistency.
