Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coconut water (magnesium)
- 1/4 cup (No Sugar Added) Pomegranate juice (vitamin C, shown to help people have healthier sleep patterns)
- 1/2 Banana (magnesium and potassium – natural muscle-relaxant)
- Large handful spinach leaves (tryptophan)
- 1 Tbs almonds (fiber)
- Ice to your liking
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend to desired consistency.
