- 4 very yellow bananas
- 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate crispy rice cereal
- Honey, for drizzling
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut the banana lengthwise from tip to tip but do not peel. Pry the peel open a bit to reveal the banana inside. Carefully push the two ends together a bit just to open the banana up. Slather each banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Carefully sprinkle two tablespoons of chocolate rice cereal over each banana.
2. Put the bananas on a baking sheet, using foil to prop the banana upright so the peanut butter doesn’t melt out. Place them into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
