Stress-Blaster Smoothie

The Doctors share a nutrient-rich recipe for a breakfast smoothie that can help alleviate stress and start your day off right!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 2 cups fresh orange juice

• 2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
• Ice (optional)

Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until desired consistency is reached. Add ice for thicker smoothie.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
