
Try this spinach scramble breakfast recipe from Dr. Phil's latest book, The 20/20 Diet .
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
Directions:
- Whisk the egg and season with garlic.
- In a medium pan, scramble the egg with olive oil and spinach.
- Pair with one small apple of choice, such as a Red Delicious, Golden Delicious or Granny Smith, with the skin on.
