Sleepy Smoothie

Sleep specialist Dr. Michael J. Breus shares his Sleepy Smoothie recipe for catching better ZZZs.
Ingredients:

• 1 cup tart cherry juice
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup soy milk or 4-6 ounces soy yogurt (If using soy yogurt, add an additional 1/2 cup fat-free milk)
• 5 ice cubes
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
