
Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 whole organic eggs
- 1 ½ scoop of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- Strawberries and blue berries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients before banana in blender
- Heat up a frying pan with cooking spray
- Pour mixture into the frying pan
- Sprinkle a handful of blueberries into the pancake
- Dice 1 banana and 1 strawberry in an angle and put on top
- Dice 1 strawberry into an angle
- Pour a tablespoon of honey onto the pancakes
Ahi Tartar
Ingredients
- 300 grams of sushi grade Tuna, cut into small cubes
- 1 avocado, chopped into small pieces
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- A handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsb lime juice
- pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine tuna and avocado
- Top with all other ingredients
Reina Pepiada Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken (it can be baked, rotisserie, boiled – whichever chicken you have left over)
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup of finely chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 or 3 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Mix chicken with avocado and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and almonds.
- Use the lettuce leaves for shells.
