  • 1 12ounce can of drained chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: salt, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, finely chopped fresh herbs etc.


  1. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until crunchy.
