Menopause Mane Meal

The Doctors share a recipe high in Omega 3's to give your hair a makeover from the inside out!

Ingredients:
• 1 can (5 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained
• 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
• 1/2 stalk celery, minced
• 1 finely-chopped scallion, green part only (optional)
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or more to taste
• Extra virgin olive oil to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
• Combine ingredients in a bowl
• Spread on whole grain bread
• For added flavor, spread hummus on one slice of bread.

Note: Light tuna is lower in mercury.
