No exact measurements, made to each person’s liking to use leftovers before they go bad & save money!
- Bowl with leftover grain (quinoa, brown rice, etc.)
- Add canned beans (black beans suggested)
- Top with any leftover veg tables that may go bad! We used avocado, green peppers, spinach, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and salsa.
