
Kid-Friendly Lunch Wraps from Chef Devin Alexander
Ingredients
- Whole grain Middle Eastern flatbread
- Vegan cheese (made from nuts optional)
- Sliced turkey or roast beef (leftover dinner meat/cooked at home preferred over deli meats)
- Spinach
- Cucumbers
- Arugula (“FIT MOM” version)
- Tomatoes or sundried tomatoes (“FIT MOM” version)
Instructions
- Roll out flat bread and combine ingredients
- Roll up into the flat bread
- Slice and enjoy.
