Kid-Friendly Lunch Wraps from Chef Devin Alexander

Ingredients

  • Whole grain Middle Eastern flatbread
  • Vegan cheese (made from nuts optional)
  • Sliced turkey or roast beef (leftover dinner meat/cooked at home preferred over deli meats)
  • Spinach
  • Cucumbers
  • Arugula (“FIT MOM” version)
  • Tomatoes or sundried tomatoes (“FIT MOM” version)

Instructions

  1. Roll out flat bread and combine ingredients
  2. Roll up into the flat bread 
  3. Slice and enjoy.
