Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cilantro
  • A sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • 1 Halibut Corn Tortilla (Homemade preferred)
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, guacamole, fresh vegetables Hot sauces

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat halibut in olive oil. Cover with chopped red onion and cilantro Add salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in the oven at 425 for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
  3. Place in a corn tortilla and add hot sauce.
