- Olive Oil
- 1 red onion
- 1 cilantro
- A sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 1 Halibut Corn Tortilla (Homemade preferred)
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, guacamole, fresh vegetables Hot sauces
- Lightly coat halibut in olive oil. Cover with chopped red onion and cilantro Add salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 425 for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
- Place in a corn tortilla and add hot sauce.
