• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 whole pear
• 1 cup ice
• 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp flaxseeds (not flaxseed oil!)
• 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth and serve immediately (yields 2 servings).
