- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or cinnamon
- One can of coconut milk that should be refrigerated overnight
- After refrigeration, open the can and scoop the coconut milk solids into a mixing bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks form, this can take about 7 minutes.
- Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or cinnamon to add flavor and beat for an additional minute.
