Healthier Whip Cream Recipe

Whip Cream 


  • 1 can coconut milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or cinnamon


  1. One can of coconut milk that should be refrigerated overnight 
  2. After refrigeration, open the can and scoop the coconut milk solids into a mixing bowl. 
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks form, this can take about 7 minutes. 
  4. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or cinnamon to add flavor and beat for an additional minute.
