ER physician Dr. Travis Stork shares three recipes for desserts made with healthy complex carbs. Have your carbs and eat them too, with these fiber-rich recipes!

Apple Cinnamon Crunch Bowl

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked bulgar
• 2 cups diced red apples
• 1/2 cup pecan pieces
• Cinnamon to taste
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve. 

Peanut Butter Millet Puffs

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
• 2 cups puffed millet
• 1/2 cup 72% dark chocolate nibs
• 1/2 cup honey

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into bite size balls with your hands, adding a spoonful of peanut butter if they become too crumbly.
3. Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheets, and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
4. Keep stored in an airtight container in fridge.
 

Popcorn Honey Balls

Ingredients:
• 1 bag of popcorn
• 1/3 cup crushed almonds
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Cinnamon to taste
• 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
1. Mix together air popped popcorn, cinnamon, chili powder and crushed almonds.
2. Toss in honey just before serving.
