
Grilled Edamame
Ingredients
- 1 Package of frozen edamame
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
- Salt
- Nanami togarashi seasoning
Instructions
- Defrost the edamame and spread them out on aluminum foil
- Drizzle the olive oil and the sesame oil over the edamame and sprinkle some salt
- Toss the edamame to make sure it is evenly coated
- Turn the grill to a medium high heat and move the foil to the grill rack
- Grill each side for about 5 minutes and add nanmi togarashi seasoning to your preference

Grilled Peach Caprese
Ingredients
- 2 medium peaches
- 2 oz fresh mozzarella
- 4-6 basil leaves
- 4-6 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp of honey
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill so it’s at a medium heat
- Wash and cut peaches so they form rings and remove the pit
- Cut mozzarella into similar size circles as the peach rings
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the grill and place the peach rings on the grill
- Let the peaches cook until lines form on the bottom then flip and repeat on the other side (should take less than 5 minutes per a side)
- Mix together the balsamic vinegar and honey into a sauce pan and cook until it thickens into a sauce (about 5 minutes)
- Arrange the grilled peaches with mozzarella circles and drizzle the sauce and basil leaves over

Grilled Cauliflower Steak
Ingredients
- 2 large heads of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 2 cloves of finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tsp of kosher salt
Instructions
- Prep the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves from the head and cutting off the bottom stem end
- Cut the cauliflower in half or into thirds depending on how thick you want your “steaks” to be
- In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the garlic, and the honey
- Turn grill to a medium heat (around 350 degrees)
- Brush one side of cauliflower steak with the lemon-olive oil garlic mixture and sprinkle the same side with 1 tsp of kosher salt
- Place the side with the mixture and salt on the grill and add the remaining mixture and salt to the other side (the one facing up not facing the grill)
- Cover the grill and let the cauliflower cook for 5-6 minutes
- Flip the cauliflower and repeat on the other side
