- 1 bunch broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- white pepper
- Heat olive oil in frying pan.
- Add a pinch of rosemary.
- Add broccoli and 2-4 dashes of white pepper.
- Once the broccoli appears crunchy and cooked, begin to gradually add in bread crumbs. The bread crumbs will stick to the broccoli.
- Once all or most of the crumbs are added, saute for 1 or 2 minutes longer to brown.
