Fried Broccoli


  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • white pepper
  • salt


  1. Heat olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Add a pinch of rosemary.
  3. Add broccoli and 2-4 dashes of white pepper.
  4. Once the broccoli appears crunchy and cooked, begin to gradually add in bread crumbs. The bread crumbs will stick to the broccoli.
  5. Once all or most of the crumbs are added, saute for 1 or 2 minutes longer to brown.
