Flat Belly Frappé

The Doctors share their recipe for the Flat Belly Frappé, a nutritious smoothie you can make in about two minutes! The sweetness comes from blueberries and raspberries, which are packed with antioxidants to protect cells against free radical damage and may shield against aging, heart disease and certain cancers. Plus, peanut butter adds protein to keep you satisfied throughout the day, milk provides calcium for bone strength and flax seed is full of fiber to promote digestion and decrease abdominal fat.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
