Soothe Hot Flashes with a Virgin Bloody Mary

 

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. unsalted tomato juice
  • Dash of horseradish
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stalk celery, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  • Combine tomato juice, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a tall glass. Stir vigorously. Fill glass with ice and garnish with celery.

Fight Fatigue with a Bunny Booster

 

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • Carrot juice, fresh (Approx. 1-2 carrots) or to taste
  • Spinach juice, fresh (Approx. 2-3 handfuls) or to taste
  • Ice

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  • Combine watermelon juice and lime juice in a tall glass. Stir to blend. Fill glass with ice and top with fresh mint. Enjoy!
