Playing Dr. Travis’ Secret Guacamole Ingredient That Cuts Calories & Cash


Zucchini Guacamole



  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 peeled and cooked down zucchini (You can do this by cutting it into cubes, placing them in a microwave-safe dish with a damp paper towel over top, and microwaving for 4-5 minutes).
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ jalapeno pepper with seeds, minced 
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Dash of salt


  • Mash avocado and cooked zucchini 
  • Mix in all other ingredients
  • Stir well
