Fruity Veggie Smoothie Recipe
- 1 serving dairy (choose 1 cup kefir)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or mixed berries
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves or baby kale leaves (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sprinkle of spice, such as cinnamon
- 1/4 of banana
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend together until smooth.
