Dr. Travis' Emergen-Tea

The anti-inflammatory properties of green tea are associated with increased immune function, while cayenne pepper increases circulation and encourages sweating, which can help break a fever. Lastly, a Tel Aviv University study found that honey is effective at suppressing coughs, which in turn promotes proper sleep – essential to your immune system.

Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons green tea leaves 
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• 2 cups steamed water
• 2 teaspoons honey

Directions
• Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

• Steep tea leaves to a desired strength.
• Add cayenne pepper and honey.
• Stir and enjoy!
