Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 threads saffron
  • 1 cup milk (preferably coconut or low fat organic) 

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk (stove or microwave) until at a desirable temp and then add the ingredients.
