- 4 whole kiwifruits, washed, skin left on
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ½ ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- ½ ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- Place all the fruits in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the puree into 7 individual freezer-safe cups; each serving will be about ½ cup, or 4 fluid ounces.
- Place the cups in the freezer. Each day, remove one cup the night before, placing it in the fridge to thaw overnight.
