  • 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp pitaya (dried dragon fruit) powder


  1. Place all items in the blender and mix until smooth.
