
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp pitaya (dried dragon fruit) powder
Instructions
- Place all items in the blender and mix until smooth.
