
Ingredients
- Carrots
- Celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- Onion
- Tomato paste
- Peeled crushed tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Red hot pepper
- Vinegar
- Black lentils
- Oregano
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Saute onions, celery and carrots with olive oil in one stock pot
- Boil lentils in another large pot
- Make sure to change out water
- Mix in lentils and onions
- Once it gets thick add tomato paste and tomatoes
- Add half cup of olive oil and let simmer
