Sweet Potato Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

•    ½ medium baked sweet potato
•    ½ cup Greek yogurt
•    ½ Almond milk
•    ½ Banana
•    1 teaspoon cocoa powder
•    1 teaspoon chia seeds
•    3 ice cubes

Directions: Blend the above ingredients in a blender on a high speed. Makes 3 cups.

•    ½ cup Vegan milk
•    ½ Banana
•    ½ Orange

•    1 frozen banana
•    1 cup fresh blackberries
•    1 cup kale
•    1 tablespoon dried lavender
•    1 cup apple juice
•    ½ cup rolled oats
•    ¼ cup raw cashews
•    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
