Banana Almond Butter Date Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner shake or just some water.
