Banana Almond Butter Date Smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner shake or just some water.
