Brussels Sprout Chips

For a healthy and delicious snack that won't destroy your diet, try this simple at-home recipe for Brussels sprouts chips!

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove as many leaves from each Brussels sprout as possible.
  • Place leaves on a baking sheet and drizzle generously with olive oil, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake, turning every 5-7 minutes, until leaves become brown and crunchy.
