Blue Anti-Blues Smoothie

The Doctors share a nutrient-dense smoothie recipe that could help you boost your brainpower — and beat the blues!

Makes 6 servings 

Ingredients:
• 4 cups frozen blueberries
• ¾ cup walnuts
• 5 small handfuls kale or baby kale
• 2 ½ cups fat-free Greek yogurt
• 2 fresh mangos, chopped (or 2 ¼ cups frozen mangos)
• Ground cinnamon (for sprinkling on top)


Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Pour into glass and dust top with cinnamon.
