Beet Yogurt Dip

For a healthy appetizer you can whip up in minutes, try nutritionist Keri Glassman's beet yogurt dip!

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 1 cup steamed beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
