- Single serving container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, made with real sugar and not artificial sweetener
- Small apple of choice, chopped with skin on
- 1/4 cup unsweetened whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine yogurt, apple, protein powder and water in a blender.
- Whip until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, cinnamon and a handful of ice.
- Whip to desired consistency.
