Akasha's Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

In certain cases, a doctor-supervised cleanse can help people who suffer from chronic pain, including conditions such as Crohn’s disease, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Get the recipe to an anti-inflammatory smoothie!

Ingredients:

• 2 scoops of Cleansing Protein Powder
• 6 to 8 ounces of water, almond milk, hemp milk or rice milk
• ½ banana
• ½ cup frozen organic blueberries or mixed berries
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseeds

Optional:
• Organic spinach or kale
• Beets

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and sip through a straw.
