Want to make healthy potato chips in less than three minutes? Try this simple recipe!

3-Minute Microwave Chips


  • Regular potatoes or sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Tear off a small piece of wax paper, lay it down on a plate
  2. Using a potato slicer, thinly slice the potato
  3. Spread olive oil on the wax paper on the plate
  4. Lay the potato slices on top
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Microwave for 3 or 4 minutes
  7. Put them in a bowl and enjoy
