Magic Apple

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Stir until cold.
  2. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.

Winter Shandy 

Ingredients

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with grapefruit zest and grated nutmeg. 

*Spiced Apricot Ceylon Shrub: Place 5 green cardamom pods, in a pan and dry fry until toasted and tinged brown. Transfer to a large saucepan and add 1.25 cups of Ceylon tea, 1 cup of dried apricots, 3 cups superfine sugar, 1.5 tsp black pepper, and .5 tsp salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Add the vinegar, then strain and bottle the shrub.

The Mango Mule 

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices of cucumber 
  • 1 oz. honey syrup
  • 1.5 oz mango puree 
  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice 
  • 1.5 oz ginger beer 
  • Ice 

Instructions

Muddle the cucumber and honey syrup together in the bottom of the cocktail shaker. Mix in the mango puree and lime juice, and shake together with ice. Strain into a mug and top with ginger beer.
